To The Church
I council you to buy of Me gold tried in the fire,
That you may be rich; and white raiment, that you may be clothed,
and that the shame of your nakedness does not appear;
and annoint your eyes with eyesalve, that you may see.
Revelation 3:18
When describing the state of the church at the time of the end, the scriptures warn of a condition of lethargy (Rev.3:17). This condition has become very apparent in many of God’s people today, including their leaders. Some of them have become complacent regarding the power of God’s law and the unwavering commitment He requires of His people. There are those who have even returned to practices and customs of this world and actually believe God approves of this migration back to SPIRITUAL EGYPT. We at Blow the Trumpet believe this is a grave mistake. Tragically, it goes uncorrected by those who have the power and the authority to address it. This is due in part to the fact that certain leaders have also wandered back into a world that rejects the True God of heaven.
This page contains letters written to the leaders of the churches of God. These letters address critical issues facing God’s people. Each letter is straight forward and direct and is motivated by a sincere desire to serve God and His Kingdom as well as its future Kings and Priests.
There are some who may find the idea of warning the church to be somewhat presumptuous and even arrogant. Blow the Trumpet is not trying to “one up” the leaders of God’s Church. As a matter of fact, many of the issues addressed in this correspondence directly affects loyal contributors to our work. As opposed to condemning God’s people, each letter is an appeal to those in positions of authority to exhort their members to take seriously the great calling God has given them. As you read each one, this fact will become abundantly clear.
